Please be informed that our Version II Software has been successfully launched on 21 August 2006. To be in line with the Version II Software, the VPP Manager will have to be upgraded accordingly. This upgrading exercise will take a minimum of 2 weeks. In the meantime, all access into the VPP Manager will be suspended. We will be announcing through the Website once the VPP Manager is upgraded.
